• you are authorized to connect and use the relevant third-party account
• you keep your credentials confidential
• you promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security incident

Your use of third-party services is also subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the services and their content, including text, graphics, software, design, branding, and documentation, are owned by Aenze or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use our intellectual property.

6. User content

If you submit, upload, send, or otherwise make available any content through the services, you represent that you have the necessary rights to do so.

You retain ownership of your content. To the extent necessary to operate the services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process, transmit, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the services.

Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the services, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed as described there.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the services if you materially breach these Terms, create a security risk, misuse the services, or where required by law.

You may stop using the services at any time.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page together with the revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
