User Data Deletion

If you used an application, integration, or service provided by Aenze s.r.o. and would like us to delete your personal data, you may submit a deletion request at any time.

How to request deletion

Please send your request to: [email protected]

To help us identify your records, please include as much of the following information as possible:

• your full name
• your email address
• the name of the app, website, or service you used
• your Meta, Facebook, or Instagram account ID or profile link, where relevant
• a short description of your request

What happens next

After receiving your request, we may need to verify your identity before processing it.

Once verified, we will delete or anonymize the personal data we are not legally required or otherwise lawfully permitted to retain.

Where retention is required by applicable law, for example for accounting, tax, legal, fraud prevention, or security purposes, we will retain only the minimum data necessary and only for the required period.

Meta platform users

If you connected a Meta platform account, including Facebook or Instagram, to one of our services, you may also remove the app or integration from your Meta account settings. This does not automatically remove all data already received by us, so if you want your data deleted from our systems, please also contact us directly using the email address above.
